1. You request a quote here, agree, then we book you in. We will come to the location of your car, diagnose it to make sure it is the clutch thats failed. (Obvious symptoms include unable to get into gear, it just crunches, stiff or light clutch pedal, leaking oil coming down the clutch pedal)
    

2. Sign relevant paperwork, then take it away to our workshop in Birmingham.
    

3. We install a new clutch and test thoroughly
    

4. Call you up to arrange a convenient time to deliver the car back to you in full working condition.
    

5. Deliver the car back, show you that is all working fine, give you 3 months warranty on the head gasket. You make payment, off we go and off you go wherever you like in your fixed car! Job Done.
